Paul Ohanian, CFP®, founder and CEO of Scottsdale Wealth Planning, announces the creation of a research and education division for the company and has added Thomas Doellman, PhD, as an external consultant for the new investment committee.

His years of market research in retirement investing – the psychology, market analytics, behaviors of investing and awarded papers at top scholarly journals makes his addition to our team highly valuable as well as unique,” said Mr. Ohanian in a prepared statement.

Mr. Doellman’s “insights have been honed and developed through systematic and long-term research into the challenging and complex environment of investing,” according to a press release.
Since 2008, the release said, the country has experienced what is noted as the two most significant financial reversals from the “Great Recession” to the Covid-19 pandemic.
